The goal of this assignment is to demonstrate an understanding of a market or industry covering items such as (not limited to) its history, key participants, size, employment, economic impact, environmental impact, key issues (such as regulatory, technological, environmental, etc), market type (monopoly, oligopoly, monopolistic competition or competitive market), …and future prospects so as to:
- Learn how to collect, analyze and communicate common economic information
- Become familiar with common sources of economic data/information
- Demonstrate an ability to identify and explain common economic issues
Requirements: - Create a slide presentation (PPT) minimum length of six (6) slides
- Provide a minimum of four charts/graphs showing relevant economic data
- Provide a minimum of one relevant time series chart of economic data
- Include 2-3 key economic issues faced by the industry (No need to solve them)
- Provide all citations and data sources
