A classic archetype in literature is the quest narrative in which the protagonist must undertake a difficult journey in order to obtain something or accomplish a particular deed. Write a brief story about a quest that takes place in your own world. Imagine that the hero must find a missing book and must overcome obstacles on the way. Why is the book important? What other characters want to prevent the hero from reaching it?
