2) On a scale from 1 (not serious) to 5 (very serious), how serious do you think Most Police Officers consider this behavior to be?
3) If an officer engaged in this behavior what level of punishment should be given by leadership:
none (lowest punishment)
verbal reprimand
written reprimand
period of suspension without pay
demotion of rank
dismissal (highest punishment)
