If you were to carry out this project what would you need to do? Would you use interviews, surveys, or other methods? 15
Hypotheses – State your null and alternative hypotheses for your research. You must use your variables. If you are measuring customer satisfaction, then you could have:
Ho (null hypothesis): The ease of use does not affect customer satisfaction.
Ha (alternative hypothesis): The ease of use affects customer satisfaction 10
Conclusion – Explain the next steps in answering your research question. How would you proceed if asked to complete the research? 10
