o First, state your judgment of the quality of the evidence provided; this judgment should be based on the design of the study and quality of the research.

o Then, provide a one or two sentence justification for your judgment of quality.
● Section 3b, Appraise: Study Results. In a brief paragraph, provide an overall summary of the results across the four studies; this should take the form of a
conclusion based on the evidence you have reviewed. Be sure that this paragraph includes a synthesis of the four sets of results, not just a list of what the
four papers reported. If you don’t feel a conclusion can be reached, you should explain why.
● Section 4, Apply: Provide your department with a set of evidence-based clinical conclusions and recommendations based on your review.
● A ‘References’ section in APA format should be included in the report after Section 4.
● In the lower right, include an easy-to-read, one sentence closing summary of your findings for your colleagues who don’t have time to review all the details.
