Training plan

You work in the Human Resources department of an accounting firm. Create an outline to help you prepare a training plan. Here the steps to follow:
Training and development consists of five steps:
Needs analysis – Assessing the skills necessary for performance will help us train appropriately.
Design of the instructions – The materials we use, the tools available, the objectives and goals; They will allow us to create a learning process based on
company goals and policies.
Validation – Presenting and discussing it with a selected group will be very helpful before training the final group. In this way we can make changes or
adjustments.
Application – Offer the instructor training if necessary so that the process is in accordance with what is expected.
Evaluation and follow-up – Evaluate what has been learned and the employee’s performance to verify that the training was successful.
