Public health organizations not only have to make sure their initiatives and interventions work, but they also have to make sure that their managerial and leadership roles increase the success of the organization.For this assignment, you will write an paper and create an organizational graphic. Your purpose in this assignment is to identify a public health organization in your community (local, state, or federal), and include the following items.

Describe and differentiate between two leadership theories and explain how one of these theories is used in managing this organization.
Describe and assess at least two leadership roles in this organization; please provide examples.
Differentiate between managerial and leadership roles in this organization and how they affect the outcomes and policy-level concerns of the organization in the format of an organizational graphic. Here are the Unit V Graph Examples .
Evaluate some of the successes and barriers related to management and leadership in developing and implementing public health programs and policies.
Include an introduction. The assignment should be at least two full pages in length, double-spaced (this does not include the title and reference pages), and include at least two scholarly articles as well as your textbook.
