Positive Social Change

The year 2020 was filled with many challenges, beginning with the unceasing global pandemic, to protecting democracy not only from foreign sources, but most importantly from domestic threats, as well as the environmental and social shifts that impacted the United States (Robertson Foundation for Government, 2019). Challenges like these and many others likely will persist, and it will take a considerable amount of energy from public administrators to develop their skills in best practices and leadership to meet the hard work ahead for positive social change to take place.
