Identify a program of interest to you and discuss some of the ways you could operationalize a study. What information/ resources could you use to measure the program’s effectiveness? I am using Police Explorers or Jr. Police Cadets program to build recruitment numbers within a Police Department, how would I go about getting information on that program? Who would I contact, what questions would I ask, what questions/information would demonstrate the value of the evaluation?
