Requirement: Learners are asked to assess and evaluate the inter-reaction between news, public and stakeholder opinion and inter-organizational policy and strategy. Responses could make reference to the context of the local or national environment in which the organization operates including local and national norms, culture, government and legal constraints as in 2.2 above.
