• List at least one follow-up process for the measure if the patient does not comply.
• Identify the risk factors related to being part of a marginalized group that increases the probability of poor health outcomes if the patient does not comply (e.g., race/ethnicity, socioeconomic status, obesity, LGBTQ+, etc.).
