Romantic Relationships: How do romantic relationships begin and evolve? Read material in chapter 14 about various theories that have been advanced to explain the evolution of romantic relationships. Then reflect on your current and/or past romantic relationship(s) and use one or more of the theories as a framework in which to analyze your experience. Your analysis should address specific ways in which your life experience in romantic relationships is congruent with or is incongruent with the theory or theories that you have selected; provide examples.
