Exploring Renewable Energy Technologies

Sarita, a student of FOUN1001: English for Academic Purposes, spent the first five weeks of the course studying the nature of academic writing, sentence structure, as well as how to construct topic sentences and thesis statements within the parameters of the Analysis by Division Method, and the Classification Method of expository writing. For her first assignment, Sarita was tasked to write a mini-essay on one of the following topics:
