Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Plan The purpose of the assignment is to synthesize what you’ve learned and to give context for the diversity, equity, and inclusion plan based on the organization you identified in Assignment 2. For your plan, you will use the content of assignments 1-6 which you have completed during the semester as the basis to create a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Plan for an organization in the sector you identified. Your plan should be 8-12 double-spaced pages in length in 12 pt. font, with 1-inch margins. Please make sure you paper contains a table of contents.
Once you have completed your plan, answer the following questions:
1. Once your plan is adopted by upper management and rolled out to the organization’s employees, how would you measure your Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Plan’s efficacy?
2. What research techniques or method(s) would you use to measure what worked with your plan and what did not work and needs revision?
3. What questions would you ask? Include a list of the questions you would pose.
