The objective is to analyse this case thoroughly. I would prefer it to be broken down to 3 parts: 1. Problems/Challenges – facts contributing to the problem and, if necessary, linking it with the exhibits or figures will be better. 2. What they have done – the resutls to remedy the issue, also here, linking it with the exhibits is preferred. 3. what are the alternatives – grounded on academic literature, I would highly prefer journals such as HBR and in this case, Human Resources Journal may sound.
