VI. Discussion section Comment on the results and what they mean. Did the experiment turn out with the expected result? If not, offer an alternate explanation of the results. What conclusions about the results can be drawn from the experiment and the intent outlined in the introduction section.

Talk about types and sizes of DNA found on gel. Talk about why or why not you would expect your ligation reaction in lab #10 to be successful or not.
