Poverty and Education deficiency have continued to plague critical areas of our metropolitan area. The national economy has encountered challenges as we come out of the pandemic recession due to inflation and armed conflict overseas. The states are the front line of defense for poverty, crime and education solutions.
The Executive needs a primer on the causes, negative impact, and programs available to take care of the social and economic needs of the poor as well as improving the level of educational achievements.
1)Discuss some of the causes for the enduring poverty problems in American Cities?
2)Review some of the state program available that provide for the health, safety and welfare of its people and addresses the level of economic anxiety for people and local communities.
3)Examine some of the urban education problems that makes it difficult to provide a sound basic education as required by the constitution and review the importance of higher education to urban growth.
4)Describe state and local programs to prioritize in the state budget that would promote fiscal soundness and deliver sustainable balanced budgets.
