Moral theory determines whether euthanasia is ethical

Write an essay on how moral theory determines whether euthanasia is ethical or not, drawing upon your study this semester of life issues. Do you think a doctor could omit to give antibiotics to a disabled child and plead that s/he foresaw the death but did not intend it?
