The vendor then extends an invitation to the educator to come to the sporting supply shop and while at the shop the vendor offers the educator $500.00 of free merchandise in exchange for the school’s baseball uniform business and another $500.00 in free merchandise for each coach, they convince to switch their business to the vendor.
