• Annual Objectives and Strategies (how will you reach your objectives)
• Quarterly Priorities
o SMART Goals (what are your goals for each strategy)
• Staff and Resource Needs
o Leadership Development Strategy (what are your personnel needs)
• Implementation Plan (what are the considerations for the project)
o Communication Plan (how will it be communicated)
o Timeline of Activities (what and when will each activity happen)
o Resources Needed (what additional resources are needed for success)
• Possible Roadblocks (how you will overcome them)
• Staff Responsibilities in Implementation (who will be responsible)
