Provide 7-15 pages (a) describing your intervention in further detail, (b) the implementation framework (such as EPIS, CFIR) you are using for planning and
why you selected this implementation framework for your proposed solution, and (c) using the implementation framework components, outline your
proposed implementation plan for the practice or policy change you selected. Include potential strengths and challenges with the implementation and how
you plan to overcome the potential challenges. The paper should also (d) briefly describe how you will monitor if the implementation of your proposed
solution is effective.

What exactly are you proposing for your intervention (i.e., specific components of a program or policy change)?
Example of level of detail: if implementing an evidence-based parenting program, identify the core components of the parenting program/model, length of
time of program/model, identify who will deliver the service/program, etc.
Implementation Framework
Describe the basic concept of the implementation framework that is guiding your implementation plan (i.e., EPIS or CFIR).
Describe why you selected the implementation framework – why is this framework a good fit? Has it been used in other child welfare program
implementations? (Hint: you may use a few of the articles on the website of the framework you selected to support your decision).
Implementation Plan
For each construct in the framework you selected (i.e., EPIS or CFIR), identify the key facilitators and barriers of implementing your intervention within your
organization. For the barriers, identify how you will address these to move forward with implementation – the list does not need to be exhaustive (you do not
have to think of everything), but you should have at least one facilitator, one barrier, and a solution for the barrier for each construct in your framework.
Briefly describe (a paragraph or two) your ideas for how you will monitor whether your implementation plan (i.e., your solutions) is effective. What data will
you need to collect?
