Please include all code written either in final rmarkdown file or in a separate file.

Sections to possibly include in analysis:
Subsetting of NHANES data
Reconstructing dataset and renaming of all relevant variables
Dealing with missing values
Several types of models including Linear regression, Logistic regression, Machine learning, neural networks,
random forest
If suitable: Linear discriminant analysis, quadratic discriminant analysis, K nearest neighbours etc. If these are
not suitable could explain why.
