Keep a diary for one week. In it, record all of the times the media influenced the way you felt about gender and race. What did the music you listened to, the films and TV shows you watched, the newspapers and magazines you read, and the internet sites you visited say about various gender roles and how was race depicted? Were the messages helpful or harmful? You should discuss feelings concerning your own gender and race and other genders and races. Turn in your diary, which should be at three-pages in length, but should not to exceed four pages. Thank you.
