Returning to the client with whom you completed your Biopsychosocial Evaluation and Treatment Plan, imagine that you have three individual and/or group sessions with that client.
Your task for this module is to complete three progress notes for those sessions, using the SOAP format presented in the readings. Be sure that those sessions and notes are related to the treatment goals, which are also related back to the biopsychosocial assessments. Also, be sure to keep a copy of this assignment, as it will be submitted again (revised) as part of your final portfolio.
