Purpose
Biblical theology and systematic theology are two closely related disciplines but differ in a few small aspects. Understanding the similarities and differences is crucial for having not only an overall understanding of the Bible but for answering specific questions that we as believers ask about the Bible.
Instructions
Compare and contrast biblical theology and systematic theology and their relevance in the church today (answers the question: why do these two disciplines matter for my spiritual walk?). Initial posts should be between 250-350 words in length.
In each reply, include at least one scholarly question and you are encouraged to provide additional examples or counterexamples to refine the conversation.
