** My change project ” Quality Improvement : Nurses Providing Oncology Patient Education .
I closely worked with my interprofessional preceptor who is oncology nurse for more than 30 years, she said that in these days cancer patient population is very high and patient education approach is way different that before but patient education is always important no matter what situations. I received positive feedback for my practicum facility employees , they are following the checklist so that way they can finds out easily what they are provided or what they are missing things like that. Hopefully, they can keep up the good works for more patient positive outcomes.

There are many ways to disseminate information in nursing. How would you disseminate this project in the field? Which method would you use? Why?
** My main methods for disseminating this change project would mostly by through regular education In-service as well as I would also use emails, flyers. I would prefer to do Education In-service so I can see them one-to -one .
