Scenario
You have decided to open a cupcake bakery and move your home-based business into a storefront. Recently, you met with SBA National, a non-profit organization, that focuses on helping entrepreneurs start their business with funding and guidance. The non-profit also hosts a business pitch competition to anyone who is a client. One of the requirements of the SBA business pitch competition is that each participant must do a frequently asked questions (FAQ) document on the ethical standards that you will use in the operating procedures for your business.
Instructions
Develop an ethical standards FAQ document that addresses the following:
Include a total of 8 to 12 FAQs in your document.
What is your business position on ethics?
How will your business use ethics in decision-making?
What are your policies and procedures on ethics in the workplace?
How does ethics shape your short and long-term business planning?
Make sure to use audience-specific language and professional tone throughout the document.
Clear organization, APA formatting for the references list, and proper grammar, punctuation, and FAQ formatting are required.
