Scenario:
You are an off-duty officer who has just completed a three-mile run. You decide to cool off and rest under a big Oak tree. Before you have a chance to sit down, you notice a brown, leather wallet close by. Curiosity gets the best of you and you open the wallet. Interestingly enough, you find credit cards, identification, and $300.00 in cash. Nobody else is around.
