Scenario
You are a new organizational change project analyst for JWC, a financial services company. Your new role as the Organizational Change Project Analyst within the technology and innovation department is to plan, execute, and control organizational change projects. You have been given the task to create a change management infographic on your initial analysis of the organization. Because you are new to the company, the Director of HR feels you would be able to provide new insight to the organizational perspective.
Instructions
Create a change management infographic that includes the following:
Identifies the importance of change management
Shows how change management can impact an organization
Explains ways to eliminate or reduce barriers to change
