The project proposal plan now will need to WBS (work breakdown structure) include a brief 1-2 page written section, followed by a graphic. The written section should include the following:
o Name of your Project (RFID Implementation Plan -Batch Records).
o Dates of Project (in the month, day, year, or mm/dd/yyyy format).
o Budget for the project (use a $ to denote all monetary values in your project).
o Project objective (what your project will accomplish – briefly stated).
o Deliverables (measurable outputs from your project that occur over the life of the project).
o Milestones (significant events in your project).
o Technical Requirements (specific to your project).
o Limits and Exclusions (this is standard in all projects, and they include limits to the project scope such as “fitness for use” statements).
