evaluation strategy that will determine if the program is appropriate, adequate, effective, and efficient. Your supervisor is adamant about building programs
that are sustainable and worthwhile.
Write a 3–5-page paper describing your evaluation strategy for the proposed program.

Describe when and how you would use formative, process, impact, and outcome evaluations in your program.
Identify potential stakeholders/partners and resources that will assist in the evaluation.

Layout A Plan For Reducing The Risk Of Secondary Or Vicarious Trauma In The Classroom

Consider how you would lay out a plan for school staff on reducing the risk of secondary or vicarious trauma in a presentation. Reflect and consider at least two ways that educators and school professionals (i.e., social worker, counselor, or school psychologist) can work to reduce the risk of secondary or vicarious trauma in the classroom. Reflect upon the importance of inclusive education environments and types of trauma. Also, define inclusive education and think about at least two strategies for creating an inclusive learning environment. See the attached articles below.

Provide background information and statistical data on your chosen topic for the emerging adult population (ages 18 to 29).

Discuss a minimum of three strategies/approaches to address the changes needed with your chosen health risk factor.

A description of healthcare disaster issues in general and for your state.
Develop a list of consequences of loss of data from a disaster (for example, risk of losing data required for patient care that can have life or death ramifications).
Identify a list of minimal resources required to maintain business operations.
Determine the priority for resuming business functions.

Case study:
Megan Smith, a 22 year-old white female, is here for her annual checkup. She states that she is in overall average health, and her last checkup was estimated about a year ago. Asthma is seasonal because she reported that cold weather in the winter she begins to have shortness of breath and in springtime she is wheezing and has shortness of breath because of the pollen. Pre-diabetes because her hemoglobin is A1c : 6.8. Controlled by diet and exercise. High cholesterol is due to eating fast food on the street and ordering take out. She should take 10mg pill of Lipitor every night.

Health problem/risks:
1- Asthma
2- Pre- diabetes
3- High cholesterol

The patient is at risk with these 3 health problems. Please provide a reliable source within 5 years of being published as a detailed and rational explanation to support the health risks mentioned and cite it APA.

Water shuttle operations are required by many fire service organizations to provide a fire flow for any fire incident. Most commonly, water tankers/tenders are used to move water from a water source to the emergency incident. Water tanker/tenders are considered by many to be the most dangerous emergency response vehicle to operate from a driving standpoint. Discuss what makes a water tanker/tender dangerous to operate during a water shuttle operation.

Topic 4) Three examples of risk that are perceived and what control measures are to be implemented
Topic 5) How staff are going to be involved and how staff feedback is going to be achieved
The presentation should take no more than 10 minutes.
