FORTIFYING NATIONAL SECURITY: ADDRESSING CRITICAL SHORTAGES IN U.S. ARMED FORCES RECRUITMENT
Purpose of the Study: This research aims to understand the various complex factors contributing to recruitment challenges comprehensively. I plan to thoroughly examine and evaluate several potential solutions to these challenges, including a proposal to talk to a select sample of Air Force military recruiters to learn their perspectives regarding the challenges they face in recruitment.Research Questions:What are the most substantial obstacles to military recruitment?What strategies can the military implement to address misconceptions about service?What is the impact of technology on the recruitment of potential candidates?In what ways can relationships with academic institutions aid recruitment efforts?
