Some scholars suggest that Cassatt’s and Morisot’s subject matter was restricted by their gender, although their paintings also highlight the importance of women as wives and mothers. Does this statement present the full picture? Revise this statement to present a more complex explanation of the motivations that drove state and federal officials (and the white citizens of Georgia) during the years immediately preceding the Cherokee removal. Explain the choices you made in your revision.

You will also need to form an essay question that will be used for my future essay- once you complete this proposal, then I will have you complete the major essay :). 2. Find a topic that appeals to you and that you have found referenced to in multiple of the testimonials you have watched and listen to.
3. Formulate a historical question that can be answered in a short essay that is both descriptive and analytical
