“Long Covid”

write a speech that attempts to persuade the public that “Long Covid” is real and needs to be seen as a growing concern and a long-term health issue around the globe. Pretend that you are a spokesperson for the CDC (Center for Disease Control), and that you have been asked to write a speech that President Biden will deliver to alert the American people to the dangers and reality of “Long Covid.”
In the United States, there are many citizens who are skeptical about the dangers of Covid-19, the need for mass vaccination, etc. The speech you write, which will be delivered by President Biden, needs to be persuasive and effective in alerting American citizens that “Long Covid” is a very real and ongoing health care concern for people around the globe.

Circular Economy in Plastic packaging and its impacts

Background:
Plastic have become more important in many sectors of economy and daily life. It is used in almost everywhere like as building and construction materials, transportation, renewable energy, medical devices and packaging. Still globally, most of the plastic waste is landfilled. Only 9% waste is recycled is last 60-70 years. That’s why driving many policy initiatives to improve the circularity of these materials in economy to increase resource efficiency. Then circular economy is an alternative, more sustainable than the traditional linear economy.

Aims and Objectives:
The aim and objectives of this study is to highlight the importance of use, reuse and recycling of the plastics to make it more sustainable. Circular economy will be the best solution than the traditional linear economy for the plastic waste management.

Research Methodology:
I will collect the data from the university library and other authentic sources and print media. I also go for the literature reviews about this topic. The collection of data and sampling will be done on qualitative and quantitative based research methodology.

Project Deliverables and Schedule:
• Create an effective after-use plastics economy by improving the economics and uptake of recycling, reuse and controlled biodegradation for targeted applications. This is the cornerstone of the New Plastics Economy and its first priority.
• Drastically reduce leakage of plastics into natural systems (in particular the ocean) and other negative externalities.

Organization should be responsible for team development

Ultimately, a manager or supervisor within an organization should be responsible for team development. Inevitably, however, differences among team members will arise. Based on the team-building checklist attached to this question, design a PowerPoint presentation that illustrates your understanding of how team-building activities can be utilized to diagnose and solve problems within a team. In addition, provide examples of how these problems can serve as detriments to team success. Also, outline the phases of the team-building cycle and how it can be used to develop activities to improve team performance.

The Tragedy of the Commons

Prior to completing this activity, review the following:
• The Tragedy of the Commons (Links to an external site.)
• Valuing ecosystem services: Capturing the true value of nature’s capital (Links to an
external site.)
• What Is the Tragedy of the Commons? (Links to an external site.)
• Midwestern farmers working to reverse Gulf dead zone (Links to an external site.)
• Tainted wells tied to farm runoff; High nitrate levels in several towns are making water
unsafe for babies, pregnant women (Links to an external site.)
• Roundup weedkiller ‘substantial factor’ in farmer’s cancer, US jury finds (Links to an
external site.)
• Industrial and sustainable farming (Links to an external site.)
The tragedy of the commons concept illustrates what can happen when people use a limited
resource, which can result in “what is good for the individual is not necessarily good for the
whole.”
• Describe an example of the tragedy of the commons in your area. While the video used
provided the example of fish being pulled from a pond, what examples do you see in
your community?
• Identify the natural cycle or system that is being impacted and any threats to the
sustainability of a specific resource.
• Additionally, identify the people or organization that is responsible for this tragedy of
the commons.
• Provide one potential solution that could keep this tragedy from degrading the wellbeing of your neighbors or community.

Managing an organization also includes managing its assets, both data and financial. Financial management is the art and science of managing a company’s money. The role of the financial department within an organization is to ensure there are enough funds to operate and the organization is investing wisely. At this point in the course, you should have learned quite a bit about the organization you chose to review at the beginning of the course. Now it’s time to take a look at your organization through the lens of financial management and decide if you would be willing to invest in the organization.

Your own ideas:

What it means to have a political ideology

Explain what it means to have a political ideology, and how ideology is distinct from party identification. Then, discuss the motives for adopting an ideology (not specific ideologies, but any ideology in general). In 1964, Philip Converse published a study of political attitudes, in which he claimed that very few people were ideological. Do you think things have changed since then? What are the reasons for changes or the lack of them? Is party identification or ideology a larger determinant of people’s political attitudes? Question 4. Conscientiousness, openness, and authoritarianism are three personality traits that have been shown to impact political attitudes. First, describe each trait and how it affects a person’s attitudes and behavior in general. Then, explain how each is linked to one’s political attitudes, ideologies, and views on particular political issues

Staffing Plan

Develop a proposed budget of $150,000 for the first year of the program and complete the final concept paper for the proposed program due for senior management review.
The budget should identify the program’s anticipated expenses for the year ahead. Budget line items should be consistent with the proposed program and staffing plan.
Using the readings for the week, the South University Online Library, and the Internet, complete the following tasks:
Create a proposed budget of $150,000 for the first year of the proposed program including the cost for personnel, supplies, education materials, marketing costs, and so on in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. You may transfer your budget to your report.
Justify the cost for each item of the proposed budget in a budget narrative.

The executive summary will serve as a one page overview of your proposed program. You may use the executive summary to draw in your reader—the senior management team.
