You are part of a startup company. A startup company is a newly formed business with particular momentum behind it based on perceived demand for Web Based Software applications in one of the given fields below. The intention of your startup is to grow rapidly as a result of offering something that addresses a particular market gap in one of the following areas. Your team was tasked to Develop a new Cloud-Based Web application for Desktop and Mobile for one of the topics below.

A new Food delivery app
A new Dating App
A new Real Estate sales app
A new Healthcare application
Select just ONE of topic and then explain what this new application would do.

As a startup company, your team has limited resources ( less money and very small IT infrastructure ) .

Once you have done that, answer the following questions.

Part 2: Create the basic switch configurations

2.1 Cable the network
Describe in a few sentences which devices connect to which other devices using what specific kind of cable, on which specific interfaces? For example:

2.2. Configure the basic switch functions

Purchased a computer software program

You are a school principal and the district has just developed or purchased a computer software program with a complete lab for math. All students will be receiving help each day for 30 min. in the math lab. It will require a school wide change (effort) to implement, and the district is holding you responsible to successfully implement it in your school. Write a two page report on how you would “make it happen”. Within the report include why a plan is necessary, demonstrate that you understand the change process, how to deal with resistance, and other issues to consider. Include citations from online sources. Be certain to use correct APA format with references and citations. Cite at least 3 references. Be sure to provide support for your comments research-based literature.

Practice climate for APRNs in California.

In 150-250 words, give a synopsis of the current level of practice and practice climate for APRNs in California.

Incorporate what you have learned from the Buppert readings, and from investigating your state BRN website.

If yours is a full practice state, discuss how your state adopted full practice authority (FPA). If your state is restricted, describe the restrictions to practice and the current political climate surrounding FPA (for example, is there any pending legislation to move to FPA?

Are there any eased regulations or expedited licensure due to Covid-19?).

Discuss major barriers to FPA in CA.

Finally, discuss how you plan to be involved in your state’s governance and/or advocacy for APRNs. Include at least two references from an official state or government website or from the BRN for your state.

Creative writing in response to literature is a way for students to respond to literature in a personal way. Creative writing provides a way for students to practice critical thinking and develop a stronger understanding of literary criticism while showing creativity and a bit of their own personalities. For this creative writing assignment, you will do a character analysis to allow you to get inside the mind of one of the characters.”Woman Hollering Creek” is told as a third-person narrative, not as a first-person narrative. The difference is that a third-person narrative presents the characters to us in the words of a narrator rather than from the words of the characters themselves. The story contains descriptions such as “Cleofilas did this” or “Cleofilas said that,” but it’s not as if Cleofilas herself is telling everything from their perspective. Of course, sometimes she speaks in the story, but she does not get to tell the story or what she thinking or feeling. It is up to the reader to determine what she might be thinking or feeling. For this assignment, imagine you are Cleofilas writing a journal entry the events described in the story. Try to get into the mind of Cleofilas. Be imaginative and creative. Pretend you are Cleofilas and have successfully left your marriage with Felice’s help. You will not be retelling the plot of the story; you will be Cleofilas reflecting on what has happened. In this journal entry you can put down whatever thoughts she might have using absolute frankness and honesty.  Criteria:
Write a minimum 400 words in paragraph form, using Times New Roman 12-point font (or similar) with double spacing. A title page is not required.

There is a no-research policy in place for this class. Using any material other than the assigned readings and lectures, even if it is correctly quoted and cited, will result in a failing grade for this assignment. Contact your instructor if you have questions about this policy.
