One of your phones, the Pineapple Express 4.0. was involved in a terrorist attack. The FBI and law enforcement want Pineapple Phones’ assistance in unlocking the phone to assist in the investigation. Discussion Prompt Should police be able to force individuals to unlock their phones? Or does this practice violate the Fifth Amendment protection against self-incrimination?
