a) Briefly describe your thoughts and observations of the facilitation of gender diversity within the Motown organization. Discuss how Mr. Gordy created an innovative and transformative workplace culture primarily focusing on that aspect of diversity. In your discussion, you can also address intersectionality, also taking into account in race, culture, etc.
b) Do you believe his actions had a significant impact upon other organizations during that time period and in latter decades? Why or why not?
c) Research and select another organization, preferably within the last decade, that has experienced a similar transformation, focusing on gender-based diversity.
Describe what actions, events, etc. created the transformation, and discuss the impacts upon the culture of the organization, as well as the impact upon society.
