In the previous discussion, you extracted patterns by clustering meaning units together. For this discussion, include again all patterns from the previous discussion supported by meaning units, and include a one-paragraph description for every pattern in generic qualitative inquiry (Thematic Anlysis).

The Impact of Stress

 

 

 

Eustress and Distress affect the physical functioning of the body in similar ways. What is the difference between these two types of stress? Also discuss the physical stress response. What are stress hormones and what do they do in the human body? Refer to Ch 6 in attached book.

 

Distress and eustress

Generally, stress can be divided into two categories – distress and eustress. What is the difference in these two “types” of stress. Physiologically, the body responds the same regardless of our perception of whether the source of the stress is positive or negative. How does your body respond to “stress”? What are stress hormones and what do they do in the physical body? Be sure to sure to discuss both immediate and long-term effects of stress. Refer to Ch 6 in attached book

From your own work experience, describe a detailed example in which there is inefficiency or disconnects between parts of the business or the organization. Explain what the problem is and why it is inefficient, problematic, or otherwise troublesome to that department or area. Use a graphical aid such as a flow chart or other representation of the problem to help demonstrate the issue. Then explain why this problem creates a larger issue within the organization. Hypothesize a solution that could possibly address the problem for the organization. Your initial response should be a minimum of 500 words.
