Create a business plan for an e-commerce store for which you are seeking investors. The business plan
should include but limited to the following:
1. Name, logo and detailed description of company. (Logo is already created leave a placeholder for the
image)
2. Executive summary (overview of what to expect in your business plan).
3. Give details of the business model your business will be using. Must contain all elements.
4. Explain at least four reasons why the investor should invest.
5. Feasibility Study (with detailed budget in economic feasibility – Hardware, Software, Human Resource
etc)
6. Using the Porter’s five force model explain some of the challenges that your company would face
starting an ecommerce business.
7. You may use the SWOT analysis to address issues that the Porters Five forces model may not have
covered in relation to your business.
