For this assessment, you will need to research and collect the material for your position, or one similar to yours, to develop the Leadership Development Plan. Make sure this position is associated with one or more of the goals identified in your SWOT. You will identify the adult learning theories that will be utilized within this plan and how organization culture plays a role. As you are writing your plan, make sure you apply cultural awareness within the document to be mindful of your stakeholders.
