• Develop an implementation project in a new country following the following strategy: o You are the HR director of one of the 3 most important marketing agencies in Spain o Agency partners are considering buying a major Greek marketing agency in financial trouble o The Greek agency has a single office in Athens with 17 employees and more than 15 years of history o The detail of the Athens team is:
▪ CEO (Founder and majority shareholder)
▪ Financial director
▪ Creative director with 3 people in charge
▪ Production director with 3 people in charge
▪ Media director with one person in charge
▪ Director of market research with 2 people in charge
▪ Administration and billing department with one employee
▪ Commercial department with one employee o The reason that has led the agency to have financial problems is the low productivity of its teams that has led the agency to lose competitiveness.
o The Spanish CEO asks you to carry out a project that includes:
▪ The analysis of the performance of the current team valuing their skills and abilities (Performance management)
▪ Evaluation of training needs and analysis of business culture (Employee training)
▪ Evaluate the possibility of promoting someone from the current Spanish national team to send him/her to Greece. Specify the role of his/her position in the Greek agency. (Career development)
