Talks (on and off) about a football stadium

In recent years, there are talks (on and off) about a football stadium on or adjacent to the USF campus. USF has recently decided to locate the stadium near the NE portion of campus. What are its potential impacts (environmental, noise, traffic, economic) and benefits? What are opportunities to use the stadium to benefit surrounding communities? How can we make this stadium green to reduce its ecological footprint? In recent years, a number of stadiums around the world have sought and obtained LEED certification. Give at least two examples. Furthermore, the ISI Environ rating system is gaining popularity as a complementary or alternative system to LEED. Picking one of the rating systems, describe the key LEED credits or Envision credits that can be applied to Bulls Stadium to make it at least LEED Gold certified
