Diegetic and non-diegetic sound

Write an essay of 500-600 words. The essay topic is: “The successful use of diegetic and non-diegetic sound to portray characters and setting” Chose one of the video clips or a clip of your choice. State an argument supporting the successful use or unsuccessful use of diegetic and non-diegetic sound to add value to character development in the clip. Use Audio-Visual concepts and terminology discussed and demonstrated throughout the quarter. You do not need to describe the sequence of events in the film clips but rather focus your writing on your opinion of the success of the use of sound to add value to the clip. You are welcome to research the film and its characters in further depth to support your argument.
