Current Event on Chrons Disease

Find an article with “current” information. Use the guideline of “within the last 5 years.” A quick Google search should be helpful for you. Add “in the news” or
“research” to help retrieve current events. (Example search: Parkinson’s disease in the news, or Autism research).
In the Initial post:
Describe the disorder (1-2 paragraphs)
Give a brief summary of the article (1-2 paragraphs). The article might include new advancements in care or new treatment options.
Objectives:
Describe pathophysiology of common and major disease processes across the lifespan.
Discuss the body’s defense mechanisms as a response to pathological processes.
Relate pathophysiological alterations to the signs, symptoms, and diagnostic studies of disease.
Analyze research related to pathophysiologic responses in selected pathologic conditions.
At the end Give an open ended question, which will aid your classmates in adding to your discussion.
