Define, explain, and give examples of the Death Penalty Policies and determine their morality or immorality by applying an ethical theory. Students should
review the ethical theory, provide an analysis of the chosen policy/program, and address what changes are needed to make a current policy or practice an
ethical one according to ethical theory. The paper will be between 4 and 6 pages in length, using APA style of referencing and formatted as follows:
