Use an app or Excel to keep track of your food intake (what you eat, calories and its nutritional value). Whatever technology you use, it should be able to give you a print-out of pie charts/graphs showing what you have eaten, its calories, and nutritional value. You should keep track starting the first day of class until the Monday before the project is due.Write a one page report answering the following two questions
Are you increasing or decreasing your human capital?
What are the implications for you career and wealth?
