identify a real-life workplace situation in need of a behavior change. The purpose of this project is to develop a plan utilizing the techniques learned in this course. Students will identify a behavior for either an individual or a group and may use a current environment (home, work, school, clinic, group home, etc., as the focus for this project). Each week’s discussion post will give students the opportunity to explore each required element of this project so essentially, students are building their project each week. This paper must be in APA (7th edition) (Links to an external site.) format and be no less than 4 pages, no more than 7. Paper is due Oct 10th.
In this project, students will be required to include the following components:
Describe the reason a behavior change is needed
Identify pinpointed behavior targeted for change
Explain how the data will be collected and measured
Summarize results of a PIC/NIC Analysis
Explain how reinforcers will be identified
Determine reinforcement schedule and explain why it was chosen
Determine research design to assess intervention and explain why it was chosen
Describe any other procedures needed to ensure
