Would you please edit and proofread this, also put it in APA style? I will attached my work, its an interview so please create citation in APA for it. I will attached also original assignment rubric so it will be easier for you to understand

Conducted an interview with a female from Nigeria, who lives in the United States for 14 years. When I asked her about behaviors which are considered symptoms of mental illness in her culture she pointed out 3 major behaviors when someone would be considered mentally ill:
1. When someone acts very aggressively and is a dangerous to other people.
2. When someone speaks nonsense.
3. When someone is nude in public and doesn’t take care of personal hygiene.
She said these cases have to be extreme and very obvious for authority to intervene. Unfortunately this person will not receive the medical care needed. Instead mentally ill person will be restrained and whipped publicly to put her or him in order and make ill person to obey social norms. If the incident repeats she or he will be punished again and it will causes multiple injuries and death of mentally sick person. There is no mental health institution accessible for general population in Nigeria. Some people are unaware of mental help they can receive those who are aware, can’t afford it. The burden is also on family of sick person, they are isolated from society, nobody wants to have contact with them, and nobody wants to married any other family member of this family.
She said that people are not diagnosed with behavioral disorders or depression like here in US. There is no such a thing like ADH or ADHD, child diagnosed with ADHD in US is said to be active and energetic in Nigeria. Low achievement at school is not connected with behavioral disorders or attention deficit like here in US. In Nigeria, some people view mental health illness as punishment from god or a spell given by somebody.
Nigerians who live in US are more opened minded and they use medical care available to them. My interviewee said that people form her country have a stigma about mental illness and not many of them want to talk about it, or admit that they or family member have mental problems to avoid social isolation.
When it comes to time perception, in United States people pay attention to punctuality, while in Nigeria is not the case, people show up to appointments 3 hours later and it is normal, they call it “African time” which means always late. On the other hand, silence, body language and eye contact are interpreted the same way or very similar as here in US. If somebody is silent it means she or he is shy, when you don’t keep eye contact it means you are not honest or you are not telling the truth. The difference in interpretations of silence between US and Nigeria is when family has guests, and male and female family members are sitting together, males are the one who have conversation and females are quite, which means they are respectful of their man. If female wants to say something she has to tell it to her husband and then he says it out loud.
She left Nigeria 14 years ago; things could have changed since then. Acceptability and accessibility to mental health care are increasing thanks to intervention of World Health Organization.
