The objective is to design and test a Context RS prototype that collects data from different supermaket systems, does recommendation and present to the user on the web. The user context will be user budget, location, and shopping list. The RS should be able to recommend available product and the nearest supermarket in the user location
The methodology should be on the design of the user interface i.e how the context will be collected from the user and recommendations presented to the user
The attached file is what I have worked on, that needs re-writing to include the Human computer Interaction (user interface design as a proposed solution and therefore change methodology to design)

The methodology should show how relevant information will be pulled from supermarkets websites, aggregate the information into a centralized Database, create a context aware model for providing recommendations then finally design evaluation experiments
The methodology is scientific and should be able to show case what has been done by other researchers
He says that the proposal should be on developing a context aware Recommender System prototype and I should look at the following:
1. How I will pull relevant information from respective Supermarket Websites example through web scraping
2. Agregate the information into a DB for my portal
3. Create a context aware model for providing recommendations
4. Design evaluation experiments
Objective: To develop a context aware Recommender system prototype for online supermarket shopping; add its methodology in the methodology section and related works on the Literature review
