Describe the normal pathophysiology of gastric acid stimulation and production. Then explain the changes that occur to gastric acid stimulation and production within the disorders of GERD, PUD, and Gastritis. Need to discuss all three disorders within the written component of this paper.•Explain how the gender factor might impact the pathophysiology of GERD, PUD, and gastritis. Describe how you would diagnose and prescribe treatment for each of these disorders for a patient based on the factor you selected.
